Rachel Dearing Named Regional Director of CAMS Charlotte Area
Charlotte, NC (October 2022): Community Association Management Services (CAMS), North and South Carolina's premier community management company, has named Rachel Dearing, CMCA®, AMS®, regional director of its Charlotte, North Carolina operations.
Originally from Virginia, Dearing has been in the community management industry for five years, two of which have been spent with CAMS. In her time with the company, she has advanced from assistant community manager to her current role as regional director. Before working in community management, Dearing spent time in bookkeeping and accounting. She also holds a BS in Business Management from Virginia Tech.
"I'm so excited to start a new journey as regional director in the Charlotte region, and I'm looking forward to working more closely with our team and clients," said Dearing of her promotion.
As regional director, Dearing will oversee community managers in Charlotte, develop goals for her team, contribute to marketing efforts, and assist with welcoming new associations into CAMS management. In addition, she will focus on ensuring that CAMS top-tier service is maintained throughout the area and continuing to foster relationships with board members and owners.
Chelsa Fenner, vice president of CAMS Charlotte region, is thrilled to see Dearing step into her new role.
