CAMS Zac Fitzsimmons Earns CMCA® Designation
CAMS is pleased to announce that Zac Fitzsimmons, a community manager currently employed in the company’s Southport region, recently earned his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation. Fitzsimmons joined the CAMS team in 2022.
Earning a CMCA® designation requires extensive knowledge of community association management best practices and the ability to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios. This certification is a testament to Fitzsimmons’ dedication and commitment to excellence.
The CMCA® designation not only demonstrates proficiency in community association management but also shows that those who earn it are committed to providing the highest quality service possible
for their clients.
"I'm excited to have earned my CMCA® certification," said Fitzsimmons. "I'm now looking forward to earning my AMS®, and eventually my PCAM® certifications, in order to further my career in the community management sector."
CAMS Regional Vice President Deanna King, CMCA®, AMS® PCAM®, expressed her enthusiasm for Fitzsimmons’ accomplishment. “We are thrilled for Zac as he continues to work toward his goal of obtaining his industry designations,” said King. He’s a dedicated employee and an asset to our team.”
