CAMS Promotes Emily MacDonald Ndlovu to Accountant
WILMINGTON, NC – November 15, 2022 – Community Association Management Services (CAMS), North Carolina and South Carolina's premier community management company, is pleased to announce that Emily Ndlovu has been promoted to accountant. In her new role, she will oversee accounting functions for a portfolio of community associations managed by the company. This includes all activities required to produce monthly financial report packages for her portfolio. In addition, Ndlovu will work closely with CAMS community managers to provide their boards of directors with the data and resources they need to manage effectively.
Ndlovu joined CAMS in 2021 and most recently served as an accounting clerk. In that role, she focused on opening and closing bank accounts, managing Certificates of Deposit for homeowners associations, and filing taxes. Ndlovu has worked in the accounting sector since 1997. She has extensive experience handling payables, receivables, banking, and cost accounting and purchasing.
Ndlovu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and Accounting from Bridgewater State University.
"I am excited about this next step in my career and look forward to continuing to provide clients with the excellent level of service they've come to expect from Community Association Management Services," said Ndlovu of her new role.
"In addition to her impressive accounting skills, Emily is eager to learn and always willing to help her fellow team members and clients," said Cathy Wade, Community Association Management Services’ COO. "She brings an infectious enthusiasm to a role often perceived as unexciting by those who do not necessarily love numbers."
