CAMS' Nicole Gugel Earns CMCA Designation
Community Association Management Services (CAMS), North and South Carolina’s premier community management company, is pleased to announce that Nicole Gugel, a community manager in its Columbia, South Carolina, region, has received Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). Gugel joins more than 20,000 CMCAs worldwide.
Gugel joined the CAMS team in 2021 as a manager-in-training and now manages a portfolio of single-family homes, condominiums, and the University of South Carolina tailgating facilities.
"Earning my CMCA has solidified my career as a community manager," said Gugel. "The CMCA designation will allow me to continue to provide my boards with the guidance and expertise they expect from CAMS."
