CAMS' Nealie Williams to Chair CAI-NC Wilmington Metro Team
WILMINGTON, N.C. – November 21, 2022 – Community Association Management Services (CAMS), North Carolina and South Carolina’s premier community management company, is pleased to announce that director of business development Nealie Williams has been appointed by the North Carolina Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-NC) to serve as chairperson for its Wilmington metro engagement team.
Williams and her fellow committee members will be responsible for planning, promoting, and executing educational and training events designed to help CAI-NC members throughout the Cape Fear region network and learn in a fun, conducive environment. These events are intended to be “more than a class” and typically feature a mix of educational and recreational activities. Anyone interested in learning more about building excellence in managed communities and condominium homeowners associations is welcome to attend.
In addition to chairing the Wilmington metro engagement team, Williams has actively participated in other volunteer roles with CAI-NC for many years.
“I have always enjoyed the opportunity to be involved with CAI-NC and am thrilled to be considered for this new venture,” said Nealie Williams, director of business development for Community Association Management Services. “I look forward to working alongside other community management professionals throughout North Carolina to offer new, exciting educational resources and networking events.”
The Wilmington team’s first educational event will be held on Wednesday, December 14, from 2:30 - 5:30 pm at Waterman’s Brewing. Attendees will have access to a one-hour learning session followed by some seasonal fun, networking, and prizes. Learn more about the event and register to attend.
