CAMS Columbia and Charleston Offices Get New Regional Directors
Columbia, SC (July 2022): Community Association Management Services (CAMS), a frontrunner in community association management throughout the Carolinas, is excited to announce that Angela Adleman and Taylor Hayes have been promoted to Co-Regional Directors of its Columbia region. In addition, the previous Regional Director of Columbia, Jeanmare Holjencin, has transitioned to be the regional director of the Charleston area.
As regional directors, Adleman, Hayes, and Holjencin’s responsibilities include overseeing the community managers in their regions, participating in business development efforts, and implementing processes to ensure that CAMS’s first-rate service level is maintained throughout the region.
Originally from New Jersey, Hayes finished college in 2015 and moved to Columbia, where she entered the association management industry. She joined the CAMS team in 2017 and has been both an assistant community manager and a community manager.
“I am beyond thrilled to be Co-Regional Director in Columbia,” said Hayes of her promotion. “I am honored to be chosen to lead our Columbia team. I look forward to sharing my industry knowledge with community managers and helping them succeed.”
Adleman moved to Columbia in 2017 and quickly began her career in community management. While with CAMS, she has been both an assistant community manager and a community manager. In addition, she has several years of experience with business and manager development.
“I am grateful to be given this opportunity to expand my role at CAMS,” said Adleman of her new role. “I look forward to new challenges and rewards and keeping our team moving in a positive direction!”
Previous Columbia Regional Director, Jeanmare Holjencin, has taken on the same role in Charleston. Holjencin was promoted to regional director of Columbia in November 2021. You can learn more about her here.
Ronda Bossert, VP of the Charleston and Columbia regions, is also excited about these changes.
“Appointing Taylor and Angela to Co-Regional Directors in Columbia is already making a huge impact,” said Bossert. “They are ready for this role and will make great team leaders for an already great team!”
She shared the same sentiment about moving Holjencin to the Charleston area.
“Moving Jeanmare to the Charleston region will positively impact our staff and provide additional support and leadership for our team!” said Bossert.
